BUTYRYFENTANYL (hydrochloride) binds the μ-opioid receptor with lower affinity compared to fentanyl (IC₅₀s = 60 versus 2 nM and K_is = 32 versus 1.06 nM, respectively).¹ It has been identified as one of several process impurities from a forced degradation study on fentanyl.² This product is intended for forensic and research applications
